The financial support is offered to capitalize companies, provide liquidity, working capital to enable them to develop and be more responsive and production, in order to better serve its customers and, of course, capture and generate more business.

A prerequisite for such funding, is to have a property (urban or commercial land, house, apartment, retail, office, warehouse, industrial building) that meets certain specifications of construction, location and urban environment. This property must be capable of being mortgaged by the investor who is interested in capitalizing on the requesting client company financing. The real estate, combined with the efficient operation of the applicant company, guarantees the payment of principal that was provided.
